INTRODUCING
The way we move through life matters—and it changes over time. That’s why LWB (Living Well Blueprint) focuses on training for your whole life, not just a short-term result. We specialize in helping people prepare for—and adapt to—the physical demands of a long, active life. Whether you’re stepping into your 40s or moving through your 70s, we work with where you are right now, keeping the next 10, 20, or 30 years in mind.
We start with functional movement—improving mobility, stability, and strength so your body can handle real-life tasks with ease.
We’re not chasing quick fixes. We build fitness that lasts by developing core strength, full range of motion, muscular endurance, and balance.
We train to help you stay confident and capable as life changes—whether that means getting off the floor with ease, hiking longer, lifting grandkids, or bouncing back from a setback.
You’ll become more in tune with how your body moves and feels. We focus on quality over quantity and teach you how to move better, not just harder.
We want your training to support everything else you love in life—whether that’s gardening, traveling, or just feeling strong and steady every day. Our approach helps you keep doing what you love, longer.
When I was 31, my father died of colon cancer at just 55 years old. That loss changed everything.
It forced me to face the reality of how fragile life can be—and how important it is to take care of ourselves now, not later. His death wasn’t just a wake-up call; it was the moment I realized that health isn’t about appearance, it’s about the ability to live well for as long as we can. It’s about strength, energy, and being fully present for the people we love and the life we want to lead.
That moment set me on the path I walk today.

I’ve spent my life working closely with people—first as a high school teacher, later raising five children as a stay-at-home dad. I’ve led teams, supported individuals through change, and helped people discover confidence they didn’t know they had.
Fitness was the common thread that kept me grounded—and eventually, it became my calling. I’m a certified personal trainer and performance specialist with a focus on strength for aging, mobility, and sustainable training. I don’t just want to help people get in shape. I want to help them live fully.
Fitness isn’t about grinding through workouts or chasing a single ideal. It’s about building a body that supports the life you want to live—now and decades from now. At LWB, our process is designed to meet you where you are, with a clear path forward.
We begin with a free 30-minute consultation. It’s your chance to share what you’re looking for and ask any questions you have. No pressure. Just a conversation to explore how we might work together.
Our first session includes a movement assessment and goal-setting conversation. We’ll look at posture, mobility, strength, and how you move in everyday life. From there, we’ll set personalized goals grounded in function—not aesthetics.
Based on your assessment and goals, I’ll build a training plan that supports strength, mobility, endurance, and recovery. Your program is adapted to your lifestyle and evolves with you. Whether you’re training in-person or following a hybrid model, you’ll always know exactly what to do and why it matters.
We’ll meet once or twice a week for guided personal training sessions. You’ll also receive optional home workouts and regular check-ins. I adjust your program as needed, based on how you’re feeling, how you’re moving, and what’s happening in your life.
You won’t measure success by before-and-after photos. You’ll feel it in your joints, your breath, your energy, and your ability to do what you love—longer and with more ease. This is training for the long haul.
As you build strength and awareness, our focus shifts toward helping you train confidently on your own. You’ll learn how to modify exercises, listen to your body, and maintain progress beyond our sessions. The goal? Lasting change that empowers you to stay active, resilient, and independent—wherever life takes you.

Fitness doesn’t belong to a select few—it’s for every body. And it doesn’t have to look a certain way.
Whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time, returning after years away, or trying to move better and feel stronger in your 50s, 60s, or beyond, my job is to meet you where you are. I help you define what fitness means for you—then work together to make it real.
Strength isn’t one-size-fits-all. My approach is focused on function, longevity, and confidence in your body, not aesthetics or perfection. We train for life: for better movement, more energy, greater resilience, and the freedom to do what matters to you.

Testimonials
A pleasure to work with!
“Randy is such a pleasure to work with! He’s been my trainer for a few years now and I have seen more gains in my strength than ever before. I have many past injuries. I deal with along with muscles. I’ve never been able to strengthen very well, and Randy has finally helped make gains I’ve never been able to make before… I’ve learned so much from him about how to strengthen my muscles in a better way. Randy is also just a wonderful person. He’s a joy to hang out with while he pushes me to be my best.”
